Sales Executive
Harlow, Essex
£24,000 - £30,000 DOE (OTE £40,000 - £50,000 Dependent on Basic Salary) Plus Car, Mobile, Laptop
Our client is dedicated to the daily cleaning of offices and factories. An opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious and target driven Sales Executive to join their team.
This role would suit a motivated outbound sales professional looking to develop their career and earning potential with a fast paced and forward thinking company.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling the daily office cleaning service to prospects.
During your first eight weeks of employment, you will be expected to visit existing contracts as part of your training. After this, you should be fully conversant with all aspects of the cleaning industry.
You will then be tasked with:
- Generating new business, making appointments, conducting site surveys and closing sales
- Dealing with contract administration
- Handing over the client to the Customer Service Manager at the start of the contract
To be considered for the role of Sales Executive, you must have solid sales experience, including a track record of cold calling.
Additionally, you must be able to work comfortably on your own and in a team whilst building effective relationships with customers.
Although not essential, experience in the cleaning or property related industry would be beneficial to your application. Experience of service sales would also be an advantage.
